We congratulates our first trainee on successfully passing her apprenticeship as a cutting machine operator with specialization in turning technology! Ms. Saskia Kropf passed the examination with aplomb and was taken over into a permanent employment agreement with us. Ms. Kropf will be able to use her learned knowledge in our turning department and will be able to actively support her colleagues.
We currently have around 50 employees at the Schwerin plant and intend to continue to recruit internal trainees in the future. "Especially in times of a shortage of skilled workers, in-house apprenticeship of our own skilled workers is more important than ever!" said CEO Hans Capellmann. As the largest manufacturer of turned parts in the Mecklenburg-Western Pomerania region, we see it as our responsibility, to bring the profession of cutting machine operator closer to the next generation of employees and to train them within the scope of our possibilities.
