Once again, investments were made - two machines from the manufacturer STAR Micronics. The two machines are of type SR32J and produce up to a diameter of 32 mm / 34 mm (optional) and a length of 310 mm. The SR-32J sliding headstock lathe has been specially designed to produce turned parts with larger diameters at low cost. The FANUC 32i-B control and the movable control panel make the models easy to handle. Short changeover times also make it easier for us to operate with the new machines. In addition, the two are equipped with an FMB 3-36 loading magazine, a 65 bar HD system and a Mayfran chip conveyor. Particularly noteworthy are the two C-axes of the main and counter spindles, which allow for a precise machining.

In 2019 we have significantly increased demand for turned parts again, we want to counteract this positive development with new investments like these and are therefore well prepared for the orders in the coming year.
