On Friday, 13 September 2019, four teachers from the Neumühler School Schwerin visited PTS as part of an internal teacher training course (SchiLF). The subject of the event was the question "What training companies expect from school leavers".

We started with our company presentation and the presentation of various PTS products. After a detailed round of questions about PTS and our intern training, we went on a tour of the company, led by the plant manager Mr. Grenzinger and the production manager Mr. Wartha. During the tour our machines were inspected and quickly explained again.

At the end of the day, the teachers had to complete a short questionnaire and the conclusion speaks for itself: "After initial scepticism on my part, I was able to see that the teachers who visited your company found the tour very interesting, gained insights into entrepreneurial processes and were able to step in front of the pupils with more knowledge about the concrete training and study requirements. The colleagues were also personally delighted to see the high level of commitment with which your company was presented," said Dr. Gudrun Wenau, head of the Neumühler School.
